My name is David and I live in a small town in East Texas. I began writing screenplays my freshman year in college. I spent many years learning the craft of screenwriting while getting rejected over and over.  It was also in college that I started trying out for roles in film. After working on many movie sets and writing many screenplays, I decided that I was going to start making my own films. I teach two courses at Udemy. One is in screenwriting and the other is in independent film-making. I have had success in both areas and would like to give you some practical knowledge on how you could do the same.
