I have worked in and taught about the UK housing market since completing my MPhil in Real Estate Finance at the University of Cambridge in 2005. My specialities are real estate data, prop tech, property economics, real estate investment and property funds. I have a unique approach to teaching which starts with the absolute basics and builds up to more complex concepts. This means I can make almost anyone a property market expert!
