About me
Daniel Amir is an award winning wall street research analyst and a finance professor. Mr. Amir worked for over 15 years as a managing director at leading wall street firms like JPMorgan Lazard and others. In this capacity he was recognized by Zacks Investment research in 2006 as the top semiconductor stock picker in Wall Street in the “Best On the Street” analyst survey. In addition, he has worked as a finance executive in both the private and public sector like DSP Group and HP inc and the Israel department of treasury. He also teaches finance at University of San Francisco and Golden Gate University. Mr. Amir served in the Israeli Air Force and has received his M.B.A. from the Anderson School of Business at UCLA and his bachelor’s degree in Economics and International Relations from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
