Hi! With over 20 years under my belt in social science research and lecturing in tertiary education, I'm all about ensuring safe research practices while making a meaningful impact. Currently, I'm wearing two hats: chairing the Research Ethics Committee (REC) for human studies at the Nelson Mandela University in Gqeberha, South Africa, and lending a hand as a member of the REC for the SA National Council for Higher Education. Mental health, top-notch clinical practices, and ensuring research integrity are where I focus my energy, and I'm always eager to expand my knowledge and contribute positively to my field.
