About me
"True happiness, purpose, and healing are not found 'out there'—they are already flowing within your own soul."
Welcome! I am Bronwen—a movement artist, educator, and somatic practitioner with over 20 years of experience guiding people back to the wisdom of their bodies.
My approach is rooted in an "Internal First" philosophy. Rather than forcing the body into rigid rules or external ideals, I blend movement, sound, and nature-based wisdom to create gentle, sacred spaces where your nervous system can regulate and your spirit can restore.
My Journey & Somatic Roots
My path into wellness began with ancient Eastern studies, Shiatsu, and Traditional Chinese Medicine (5 Elements & Yin-Yang theory). Over the past two decades, this work has evolved through my real-world experience as a yoga teacher trainer (E-RYT 500) and a disability trainer supporting individuals living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS).
Working with chronic neurological conditions and navigating my own "liminal spaces"—from raising three neurodivergent children to facing life's deepest storms—has taught me one fundamental truth: healing is not linear, and it cannot be forced.
What You Will Find in My Courses
Whether we are exploring mindful eating, fluid movement, or breathwork, my courses are designed to be "drop-sized" invitations to slow down and listen within:
Grounding & Self-Acceptance (Earth): Moving away from external conflict with food and body image toward peace, stability, and radical self-love (Eat Mindfully).
Fluid Somatic Movement (Water): Hydrating fascial tissues, pumping cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) tides, and reclaiming natural spinal movement (Ocean in a Raindrop).
Nervous System Care: Practical somatic tools to thaw the "freeze" response, calm anxiety, and cultivate resilience.
Continue the Journey With Me
I believe in building our ocean "one drop at a time." Beyond Udemy, I share free multi-sensory wave meditations, audio rituals, and movement practices across my creative studio spaces online.
