Tony has been a teaching professional since 1984 and a Sport Psychologist, specializing in Golf since 1992. He founded Mastery Golf Systems in 1992, combining physical and attentional golf skill training into a single discipline.

Since earning his PhD, Tony has continued to study to find the best ways to help golfers incorporate attentional skill training into their physical practice so they can establish a Zone Mindset, scientifically known as Flow. His research has allowed him to develop a very simple program that allows golfers of any ability level, from Novice to Elite level amateur and professional learn to access The Zone on demand. This training is known as Zone Mindset Training for Golf.
