He spent 15 years in financial services as a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), mutual fund wholesaler, and Series 7 stockbroker, helping high-net-worth individuals, small business owners, and financial advisors make smarter decisions about growth, wealth, and long-term strategy.

But Andy’s experience goes far beyond finance. Along with his wife, he built a gourmet food business starting in 2001 and successfully navigated the dot-com crash, the 2008 recession, and the pandemic while growing it into a nationally award-winning brand with two corporate-owned retail stores. The gourmet food brand has won 38+ national food awards at America's largest and most competitive food competitions. That journey gave him firsthand experience in what it really takes to attract customers, build resilience, and grow a business in the real world.
