Im always getting asked by other trades in the area how we manage to stay so consistently busy. Even through the dreaded January and February months and even through recessions.
One day on site, a young painter wanted to pick my brains about taking that dreaded leap of starting up on his own and I was able to offer him a lot of sound advice, to which he acted on and is now doing great.
Combining this with some time I spent in a customer service management role prior to getting started in construction, It became apparent to me that I was probably in a position to help a lot of fellow tradesmen... Potentially all over the world, achieve the same success.
