Dr An Nguyen is an academic, researcher, and mentor with over 17 years of experience in higher education in Australia and Vietnam. She holds a PhD in Anthropology (Monash University) and a Master’s in Health Sciences (La Trobe University).

An has taught and supported hundreds of students worldwide, specialising in social sciences, health, disability, gender, and research methods. She is the founder of Academic Tutoring Services, where she has guided students and early-career researchers in developing strong academic writing, study skills, and research confidence.

Passionate about inclusive education and lifelong learning, An creates practical, engaging, and supportive learning experiences. Her courses are designed to empower students to succeed in their studies, research, and professional development.
