I’m Alain Monnet — a Life Coach, Holistic Therapist, Mental Health Consultant, and Certified Breathwork Practitioner and Teacher, currently training in Somatic Experiencing. My work integrates breathwork, psychology, and body awareness to help people overcome anxiety, depression, and ADHD while building lasting clarity and resilience.
My own journey began with struggles with anxiety and depression in my teens, followed by chronic health challenges and an ADHD diagnosis in my 40s — experiences that profoundly shaped my approach to healing and growth.
Through compassionate coaching, practical guidance, and therapeutic tools, I help others regulate their nervous system, reconnect with the body, and rediscover calm and focus. My teaching blends evidence-based methods with deeply human understanding, guiding students to not just learn breathwork — but live it.
Now based in the peaceful Swiss mountains, I support students and clients worldwide in creating a grounded, mindful, and fulfilling life through breath, awareness, and embodiment.
