I have worked 30 years in several leadership positions in firms like PwC and EY. I currently run career management leadership development programs and get invited to speak as key note speaker  of companies and various industry bodies on topics like governance, change management and sales and marketing  I believe that one needs to be in a joyful state as it is a requirement for success and not a consequence.  Remaining joyful is the underpinning of all what I say and do.
