Hi, I'm Adriana Wróblewska, and I have the honor of being your guide in this course dedicated to digital transformation and data analysis. I possess extensive experience in both medium-sized and large companies, where I have led projects for giants like Siemens, Volkswagen, and Lufthansa Cargo. My work has focused on implementing IT solutions and digital transformation, allowing me to gain a broad understanding of data management and analysis.

I am an engineer and a graduate of the Executive MBA program at Friedrich-Alexander University in Erlangen-Nuremberg, which gives me a solid understanding of data-related issues from various perspectives, including the business aspects of introducing new business models and transforming organizations. Working with data is my passion. Seven years ago, the idea for this course was born out of a desire to encourage people, especially women, to learn in this important sector.

I’m proud to come from Bielawa, Poland—a place that shaped who I am. I’ve come to realize that anyone, no matter how ordinary they may seem, can find their voice and make it heard. That includes you and me. I’ve made time in my life to share knowledge because I believe too many people focus solely on collecting certificates, often overlooking the true understanding of what they’re learning.
