My background spans electrical engineering, facilities management, asset management, compliance, construction, and senior operational leadership. Throughout my career, I have held accountability for safety-critical infrastructure, contractor performance, financial governance, risk management, and service delivery at scale. I have led national and regional portfolios, managed multidisciplinary teams, and worked directly with executives, clients, and property owners to ensure facilities operate safely, efficiently, and without disruption.

What defines my work is professional judgement under real conditions. Facilities Management is not mastered through theory alone — it is learned through decisions made under pressure, managing risk with incomplete information, and standing behind outcomes with clarity and structure. I have spent my career making those decisions, resolving complex operational issues, and defending them at senior level with evidence, logic, and credibility.

Alongside operational leadership, I have consistently mentored and developed Facilities Managers — helping capable professionals move from reactive task execution into calm, structured, senior-level leadership. I understand how performance is assessed at director level, what senior stakeholders expect, and why some professionals progress while others remain stuck despite working hard.

I hold a Bachelor of Engineering and formal qualifications across Facilities Management, Project Management, Construction Management, Risk Management, Asset Management, Business Finance, Logistics and Supply Chain, and Industrial Engineering. I also maintain specialist technical certifications, including data centre and energy systems, and hold trade qualifications as a licensed electrical professional.
