I'm a systems engineer in Japan, and I work long hours.
Nobody asked me to do anything about the hours. I just got tired of them.
So I started using AI on the parts of my week that took the most time.
I kept the changes that worked.
That's how I work: one step at a time. In Japan, that habit has a name:
kaizen. Change one small thing. Run it in one real situation. Check whether
it worked. Then change one more.
I'm not a consultant, and I don't have a framework to sell you. I build every
course out of something I needed myself, for people who are not engineers and
have no plans to become one.
I won't tell you AI changes everything. I'll tell you which small changes
survived in my own week.
