Jesse has dedicated his life to gymnastics, as both an athlete and a coach, and now shares his passion for bodyweight training to help others build functional fitness and long-term health.
He competed from elementary school through college at Temple University, where he was a two-time co-captain and an NCAA semi-finalist on the pommel horse. From 2011–2016, Jesse coached high-performance gymnastics in South Africa, representing the country on the world stage. More recently, he served as Head Coach for Team USA at the 2022 Maccabiah Games in Israel. Today, he coaches the Temple University Men’s Gymnastics team and teaches students at the Circadium School of Contemporary Circus.
With years of experience working with all ages and levels, Jesse is passionate about breaking down complex skills into clear, achievable steps, especially when it comes to learning handstands through the art of gymnastics.
