VP of Content at BiggerPockets.com

My name is Brandon, and I am an entrepreneur, real estate investor, author, and the VP of Growth at BiggerPockets, the real estate investing social network. I am passionate about helping newbies learn how to get started investing in real estate!

BiggerPockets is the world's largest real estate investing website, containing thousands of blog posts, millions of forum posts, one of iTunes' most popular podcasts, and currently over 350,000 members dedicated to helping each other become more successful investors.

More about me: I bought my first house at 21 years old, fixed it up, and sold it for a small profit. Although my original plan was to use the money to backpack around Europe, I ended up using the money instead to pay for my dream wedding with my favorite girl. Rather than Europe, I discovered myself and my future.

I ended up doing a lot more real estate investing, gaining dozens of rental properties over the next few years, partnering with different folks to find ways to invest in real estate without using my own cash by creating win-win solutions for others. It's worked out really well and I continue to buy and rent properties.
