This is a great way to start your yoga class. We calm down our thoughts and practicing Pranayama on this way in three phases we use whole capacity of our lungs. Pranayama is acutely breathing exercise. You can practice it separately any time during the day and you will spend only a couple of minutes. If you are sleepy, stressed out or just want feel great, just do Pranayama. You can practice it at home, in your office or whenever and wherever you figure out it's suitable.

Marija is Certified Yoga Instructor by International Academy for Yoga Teachers Education.

She learned how to perform asanas, how to breath properly in position, how to recognize the strategic place of attention and what influence asana realizes. Combining her knowledge and personal experience she creates as best as possible classes for her students. Practicing with her, you will experience mental and physics aspects of yoga. She creates efficient, short classes for busy people but also for all others who wants to practice at home.

She is also interested in food, especially in healthy eating, nutrition and food safety.

Combining these two, she lives healthy lifestyle. Her mission is to share it and teach her on line students to incorporate yoga as daily habit.
