Pascal Luban is a Creative Director and Game Designer with 29+ years of experience in AAA development across console, PC, and mobile. Since 1995, he has helped shape gameplay systems and lead productions for major publishers including Activision, SCEE, Ubisoft, and DICE.
He has worked on internationally released titles such as Alone in the Dark: The New Nightmare, Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow, Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory, Wanted: Weapons of Fate, and Fighters Uncaged — learning firsthand what makes a game system survive real production pressure.
His first mobile title, The One Hope, received the Best in Gaming Award at the Digital Media Awards in Dublin in 2009, marking the beginning of his ongoing work adapting professional design principles to evolving platforms.
Across nearly three decades, Pascal has seen talented developers struggle — not from lack of passion, but from lack of structure. In his courses, he shares the mindset and frameworks used inside professional studios to help you transform scattered ideas into coherent, production-ready systems.
His goal is not just to teach theory — but to help you think, design, and build like a professional.
