Associate detailed, worst case PAIN to the consequence of given into your Weakness!

  • You MUST have a clearly defined “WHY!!” Your why needs to be stronger than any trigger or weakness that you have.

    –Associate enough pain with not having “IT” that your Achilles heel and triggers hold no power over you.

    –Every time you overcome your Achilles heel and triggers, you strengthen that emotional muscle

Overcoming Weaknesses

Understanding why and what you should Plan for:

  • You are exactly where you “PLANNED” to be
  • “Fail to plan, you are planning to FAIL”
  • Concentrate on the activity of your plan, NOT the results at first.
  • With consistent activity comes results. Without a plan, there is no consistent activity.

    –What will it take for you to succeed?

    –Plan your day, work your plan

    –Plan to persevere

Plan For "IT"

    Take 2 minutes to do SOMETHING! Take action RIGHT NOW! Focus on just taking the first step. (Seriously, pause and go do something!) NO EXCUSES!


    Text or email that one person you know you should (business, relationship, personal trainer, etc.)

        • Set up a coffee date, or a free consultation with a trainer
        • Go to your kitchen and throw out those chips and cheese dip! Or, if it’s unopened and non- perishable, donate it! But first, DUCT TAPE IT IN A BOX THAT YOU WON’T TOUCH!
        • These are my examples, but in these 2 minutes I want YOU to do the most important first step for you, not what I said to do.
        • NEXT STEP: Go to the appendix, check out the resources that I’ve listed in detail for you, and pick one or more that apply to your goal and get started! Download them, get online and check them out, DO SOMETHING!
        • I want EVERYONE watching this to check out the website and write an email to their future self. And in that appendix you’ll find my tips on writing that email so it will be most effective for you.

    –Short term (1,3,6 month goals)•Even hourly! Break it up into“goal periods” •Focus on the action, regardless of the results

Think Big Goal List •Not just what you’re CAPABLE of achieving...stretch yourself! Realistic, but also pushing

yourself!–Long Term (1, 3,5 year goals)

  • •Write Your “Vision Statement” (write it in the “present tense”-“As If”)–All of this is in your booklet, so once this video is over, go in there and work

    through these!

  • There is no difference in what you just did by taking the first step, and in continuing to take the next steps.
  • Prepare you for 2 things–Mentally prepare you for a quick start to success –Mentally prepare you for a slow start–THESE ARE EQUALLY DANGEROUS!
  • With that said, I want you to expect that either way, you will be outside of your comfort zone and will feel a natural pull to get back in your comfort zone. *CAUTION* This is a pivotal point in the process. Slow or quick, you need to be aware that this is part of the process and you need to keep going!
Process of Making "IT" Happen

  • Like it or not, you are making it happen. Right now you’re making it happen in the right direction, but realize that before you started this program you were making it happen anyway, maybe just not in the direction that you wanted to be going in! But you were where you were because of YOU. Now you are aware! And now you must make it happen.
  • •You Can only Control the Controllable
  • •Can’t Change the Past

    –Understand that you have made mistakes, and you will make mistakes, we all make mistakes, but you are not your mistakes. Forgive yourself of the past, and give yourself permission to make more mistakes in the future.

  • DARE TO SUCK!(Eachday, dare to suck just a little less)
  • •Can’t Predict the Future
  • –You cannot control the finish line, but you can and you have controlled the starting line.

  • •You CAN control your Actions and Decisions
  • •You must have a target, you must have a purpose, we were designed to aspire for more and to work towards a goal.
