    Your first yoga nidra practice. It is recommended to choose the same time every day to practice and to do so at least 5 out of 7 days this week (and every week). Keep a journal to record your experiences, even if that just means you write "fell asleep", until you have more details to write. Include things like body parts twitching, different sensations, etc.
