Good luck

Good luck with the course and I hope you find it invaluable.

Who this course is for:

  • Anyone who is currently finding it difficult to be resilient in life & at work.
  • Anyone who wants to learn more about resilience, how to be more resilient & how to build your resilience over time in life & at work.
  • Please note if you are a business owner, entrepreneur, director, executive, manager or professional then I would recommend that you take my other course ‘Resilience for business owners, directors & managers’ rather than this one as it will be more relevant to you. There is an overlap of content between the two courses so please choose one or the other, not both.
  • Please note if you are looking for a course to learn how to reduce and manage stress, rather than learning about resilience, then I would recommend that you take one of my other courses 'Stress management for business owners, directors & managers' or ‘Stress management for life: how to reduce & manage stress’ rather than this one as they will be more relevant to you.
