In this video, you'll be guided step by step through the first section of your course.
Remember, you don't need to watch this all in one go, it's packed full of information, tips and strategies, so take it at your own pace.
In this section we will be Identifying and understanding your troublesome and unwanted thoughts, feelings and behaviours, with a focus on symptoms such as anxiety, stress and overwhelm. We will also dive straight in with strategies for challenging and changing thoughts, feelings and behaviours that are negatively impacting your emotional wellbeing.
In this part of your course we will introduce even more techniques and strategies for challenging old and unwanted patterns of thinking, with a focus on thinking differently for good and healthy emotional wellbeing.
When we challenge and change a thought, we can change a feeling and engage in a more desirable behaviour, with the ultimate goal of living a happier life in alignment with what we truly want.
It's time to take control of the stress, the anxiety, the fear and the overwhelme and instead embrace a calm and confident you from peri-menopause and beyond.
In this part of the course we will be looking at an effective technique for reducing overwhelm. We know that prolonged stress is a hormonal disruptor and has a considerable impact upon the severity of many symptoms. Reducing stress and overwhelm is an essential step in managing your symptoms and in improving your physical, emotional and psychological wellbeing.
I will also be sharing a lovely technique that you can use to create a safe space in your mind. When you are experiencing anxiety, stress or overwhelm, having a safe space of calm to go to in your mind, can be a game-changer for you. Being in control of your thoughts, emotions and behaviours brings huge benefits to your happiness and wellbeing .
In this final section of the course I will be talking about putting already learnt CBT strategies in place to manage and reduce hot flushes, night sweat and sleep disturbances. Remember, you can use the techniques and strategies from this course for many symptoms. In fact, you will find that these techniques can be invaluable throughout your life, whenever you choose to take control of, or change, a thought, a feeling or a behaviour, you now have the tools to do so.
