Level 8: Take your organisation to the next level

This course helps you introduce new ways of working in your team or across your organisation, taking your organisation to the next level. The 8 stands for infinity and growth.

Adopting these ways of working helps to increase engagement and success throughout the organisation. Level 8 relies on a healthy mix of self-management best-practices and a sprinkling of hierarchy, only where needed to ensure decisions get taken and differences get resolved healthily.

Level 8 has been tried and tested in numerous organisations in numerous countries.

The course consists of 10 videos of 2-3 minutes each. Each video explains one building block. They are short and compact. You will need to relisten to them a second and even a third time to be able to start applying them in your work.
