I lead a group of fashion companies operating in Asia, Africa and Europe. From the very beginning over 30 years ago I have been focused on supporting people in their growth. Step by step, each time better. As a leader I try to serve them as well as protect the soul of the organisation. From the start we have emphasized connecting communication and embraced values in the form of Dudas (learn more about these in the course). Over the years, we have added specific ways of working that are energizing and that help the business. These include how we run meetings, take decisions, structure the organisation, define the strategy and so forth. These ways of working have been packaged into building blocks and have made their way into hundreds of other organisations. I am happy to share them here. Enjoy.
