My career started as a McKinsey consultant, focusing on business strategy and organisation development for 7 years. I then did a PhD to learn about organisations from a social psychology perspective. My book 'The Fluid Organisation: an ideal mix of self-management and hierarchy' has been reprinted over 5 times, and is available in multiple languages. Currently I advise a number of CEOs of mid-sized companies that serve other businesses. I have worked and lived in Europe, the US, Africa and Asia.
