    In this brief introduction, we will discuss how modern qigong has little effect on the every day practitioner. Iron arm will cultivate strength in the arms and body that applies to many aspects of life. Through the training, your arms will become more resistant to pain of impact. This is how martial artist develop truly invincible punches.

Description

True iron arm training is very difficult to come by. In this course, we will tackle the traditional Qigong of Iron Arm. Lectures include daily solo exercises. When I was training with my teacher, he described the results from when he did this program as "having steel cables for arms". The rigorous program is easy to learn and extremely effective.

Note: Iron arm training is very difficult, and you should consult with a medical professional to determine your eligibility for the course.
