    This is a beautifully laid out, clear and concise course with respect for any spiritual or non spiritual person interested in actually learning Yoga. I appreciated the clear instruction and recipes. I will be taking more courses from Sadie.

    Rocking and loving body and mind

    I practice the course in my own pase and I am delighted by the stability and strength it offers me on a physical and mental level. Sadi Nardini is a great teacher, mindful and sensetive with a very elaborated and inspiring (loving and rockig) use of language, which helps the body to release and open for new information. The sequences are very well build up and put together. There are possibilties to rest and restore, and repeat the parts so long till one is ready for the more challenging poses.     Repetition is Key...but Monotonous

    I love Sadie' s teaching style. She makes vinyasa practice more heartfelt and engaging with her added dynamic movements. My favorite part about these videos is her preparations for handstands. I've been able to kick up into handstand for some time now, but in a sloppy, throw-myself-up-there movement. I love that she takes time in her flows to incorporate strengthening and proper alignment for moving into handstand. Also, my Tittibhasana A has been improving tremendously with these flows. 4 stars because these videos do get boring after awhile. I wish there were more varieties in the warm-ups geared toward the class theme for the day. Also, a few of the transitions bother me a bit (i.e. Goddess to Prasarit Padottanasana makes my ankles feel like they are going to twist off!) Finally, I would like this course more if the Rest and Restore days were actually a restorative yin practice rather than a rehash of all the other videos.

    Poor variety and No support

    I had high hopes for this course but it fell flat. All the documents were blank for many of us and after more than a week no response was given when asked about this. The videos are all the same, literally, and its a poor quality video feed on my screen, Id get my money back if I could.
