From the lecture above, we can see that the Voyage To Betterment film DVD on its own had so many reported benefits that it could be likened to a Free Health Care System in a box. If completing the online wellness class with a Voyage to Betterment Coach, then students are best to follow the curriculum presented by the coaches and complete the same lectures in the same order as the team. Individuals with extra time on their hands wish to view and listen to all the class lectures in advance and then review them a 2nd time, prior to each team group meeting. If part of a team, it is not recommended that individuals begin the workbook exercises until everyone on the team begins. I chose the Udemy platform to deliver this content, as their highly sophisticated platform allows nearly anyone anywhere in the world to take this class and view all the lessons online. This Udemy system also allows students to view the lectures at their own pace. The system will remember where the student left off and get them started on the next lesson, the next time they log in. Udemy recommends developing very short lesson to cater to students desires to view content quickly and societies dramatic deterioration to attention spans and ability to concentrate for more than a few minutes.

Although I chose Udemy, in part, to give students the freedom to, learn in the fashion common today to the masses, I would recommend students view all the easy to do online classes as quickly as possible. Get through it all once. Critical points were delivered and repeated in a certain order to allow the students to benefit simply by sitting back and viewing or listening to the lessons. Hence, for students that are interested in maximizing the benefit received from the body of this work, I recommend students get their Ninja on, and get through the classes as quickly as possible. RANGE OF MOTION EXERCISES

These are the 30 Range of Motion exercises demonstrated by Andrew, Bree and Dave in the morning session of the live workshop. These are the main range of motion exercises that would help provide overall physical balance and stability. In the live workshops, we showed the value of measuring improvement. An individual can simply rate themselves on a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being worst and 10 being ideal range of motion. The ideal range of motion is demonstrated in the photos of this document. We work on the exercises that we worst at. If we are already at a range of motion of ten there is little need to do those exercise regularly. Instead we work on the exercises that we are worst at. Progressively it will improve and help correct imbalances. Simply select ten exercises from the 30 provided and do them everyday for a week. The following week select a new set of exercises and do them for a week. For continuous improvement, keep rotating the exercises in this fashion with focus on the ones we are worst at.

A 6 month progress table to record improvements in range of motion is included in the supplementary section of this lecture. Dave, in Voyage to Betterment, experienced an incredible physical transformation in only 30 days. Seven years later he continues to continuously improve and is committed to Cross Fit training. FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT SYSTEMS

In conjunction with Range of Motion exercises we strongly recommend that all participants contact a local physiotherapist that is specifically trained in FMS "Functional Movement Systems". Physiotherapists trained in FMS, can provide a simple 5 minute physical assessment test, that will document, areas in the body that we are compensating for. In this way it makes weaknesses stand out. They will then provide some range of motion exercises specifically customized to suit a participants specific needs. Then after a couple months of doing these simple exercises the physiotherapist will take another test, document improvement, then provide new exercises to help continuously improve. The Functional Movement System is a genius type of system designed to help us continuously improve and reverse so many injuries that we previously thought were insurmountable. It is best to let go the belief that our bodies will break down because of sports or getting old.

The Functional Movement System may be the best thing ever created to help any individuals prevent or repair any injuries. This is not only for athletes. I strongly recommend that everyone take a functional movement screen that will immediately point out weaknesses that one day will likely create undesirable aches and pains.

We live in an era where surgery is often willingly accepted as a first or second choice instead of a last resort. Anyone that has any pain with backs, necks, knees, hips or any other part of the body make the Functional Movement System the first choice. It is also time and cost efficient. The pain and cost of a $50,00 hip surgery may be completely replaced by a few hundred bucks in functional movement screens from a physiotherapist.

The video shows the basic Functional Movement Screen. After the client takes this simple test, that may cost $40 or so, the results are input into the system and the client will receive a simple exercise routine customized to their exact needs. All clients have to do is do the 10 or 15 minutes of exercises Monday through Friday and in due course they will experience dramatic results. After a few weeks or few months a client can go back fro another screen which will show the improvement and provide the exercises for the next few months. This is probably the most effective and cheapest method ever developed for continuous physical improvement.

Even for those who have a regular athletic, exercise or Yoga practice, combining it with periodic functional movement screens will help take anyone to a whole new level of awesomeness.

In Lecture 67 "Mind Prep" Workshop students were asked to write down three major problems and rank them on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being most severe. In Lecture 68 of The Mind Workshop Lecture the process to overcome any problem is discussed. This video scribe in Lecture 70 summarizes the process and can be reverted in the future for quick summary and recall. To benefit most from this technique it is best to participate by following the process. Write down 3 major problems, rank them on a scale of 1 to 10 before watching the video. Then watch the video and take in the essence and energy of what is conveyed. Then finally return to the original problem and rank them again on a scale of 1 to 10. Any improvement is significant. People often spend years talking to friends and family about the same problems over and over again. Many also spend thousands of dollars and years of time in psychotherapy and various forms of coaching to resolve problems that often can be overcome with contemplation.

Our spiritual state of consciousness means the same thing as karma and is everything that has ever happened since the beginning of time to bring each individual to exactly where they are now at this moment. Where we are at makes little difference, as we all are where we are. It makes very little sense to compare ourselves to others. What matters more is the direction that we are heading. This is such a critical influence to our well-being that we ended the film with the section on karma. We have also repeated this healing field scribe to end both the Mind Section and end the Spirit section of this online Wellness Class.

When it comes to spiritual development every day provides opportunity as everyone has room for improvement and there is no limit to our potential growth. We only grow when we are ready to as a certain amount of energy and stability is needed to make each new leap to a new plateau. To grow we reject the negative states of consciousness and accept or stop resisting the positive states. Enlightenment is so extremely rare that there are often less than a handful of enlightened sages, saints or individuals alive at any point in time. However the fields associated with unconditional love and compassion are the healing fields within anyone's reach. If we make a commitment to remain aligned with the healing fields, then physical and emotional discomforts may arise, as we purge ourselves from the negative emotions buried inside. That is the essence of spiritual purification and growth. When we realize we all go through this process it builds compassion for ourselves and all others. The greater our humility and kindness towards ourselves and others in this process, the less pain and suffering we experience as we grow.

First we learn 3 ways to get into a very deep relaxed state in 2 to 5 minutes. This is useful not only for meditation, but these simple techniques to relax can be used prior to going to bed to help us fall asleep quickly without letting the mind wander for hours.

Then we learn what to do in meditation with some basic and advanced meditation techniques.

Then finally we will discover the critical point in making any meditation more powerful.

The videos in the resources are of devotional songs and chants that are often used in meditation to help us align with the fields. A great way to meditate is to practice one of the techniques and concurrently play the music in the background. The songs included in the resources were specifically picked due to their high calibration level, above LOC 600. Hence just listening to these songs can help lift us into higher states while we meditate. The Om Mani Padme Om chant is a twelve hour recording that can also be played through the night as a sleep aid.

The most important After completion would likely be after 90 days, and better reflects the overall measurable benefit.

Students often experience many unexpected benefits. Completion of this before and after self assessment is critical for students as they will be able to see and measure improvements. Simply viewing the lectures will have a profound effect on the student and help them to align with the morphogenic field associated with the Voyage to Betterment. In this way the potential for improvement remains in the field of the student and benefits will be experienced when appropriate.

Students will notice immediate effects from adopting the core physical lifestyle recommendations:

1. Eating like a primate

2. Eating mainly either redlist or greenlist foods

3. Adopting an exercise or movement routine to continuously improve range of motion and thereby significantly reduce or eliminate potential for degeneration and injuries

4. Grounding, earthing, naturally on the earth or with any type of indoor earthing/grounding sheet products

However, it is the adoption of the inner work that will have the most profound meaning into one's life. Completion of the homework exercises will help students align with and progressively become the healing fields, which are relatively immune to outside influences including most of the diseases, conditions the plague most of mankind.

After completing the 90 days of homework, student ought to have a better appreciation for the immense value of continuing to improve ourselves. Wherever we are at on our Voyage, each spot or each platform, provides the stability or experience to allow us to jump to another level. The beautiful part is that no matter where we are at, we all have room for continuous growth. Each time we make a leap, we become a new person. One level is not better than another only different, however with every leap forward our experience of life keeps getting better.

There is immense value in continuing our Voyage together with a group of others we are comfortable with and aligned with. There are numerous spiritually based groups of integrity that can testify to the value received from aligning with and becoming part of a compassionate unconditionally loving group. Hence, my final recommendations to students interested in continuing their Voyage to Betterment is to continue to do at least one of the following. I can recommend all of these:

- Continue the Voyage to Betterment Workbook exercises

- Attend small group meetings of integrous traditional religions devoted to the development of kindness, love and compassion. Avoid any religious groups that are interested in doing harm in the name of God.

- Do the ACIM daily workbook exercises. The online course is available for free at acim.org

- Align with any of the 12 steps groups that you feel most drawn too. Nearly everyone is addicted to something. Nearly the entire world is addicted to TV and smartphones. These addictions often mask inner unproductive feelings and prevent us from experiencing higher levels of joy. Anyone can do the 12 steps as a challenge, as they are based on sound spiritual principals.
