Accountability is what determines if you complete your goals or not. I'll teach you 3 types of accountability and you can choose the one that will ensure your greatest chance to become more confident.
Believe it or not, you can't have both. Choosing the right one has more to do with your confidence than you think.
Becoming more self-confident is a process. I'll explain how you can break it down into daily and weekly steps. Once you have the tools, it's up to you how much effort you're willing to put into it.
