It is normal for all of us to have the experience on an occasion. So, should you or another listener have that happen don't hesitate to listen to another one of the audios.
Warning: To date I've only had 3 listeners or a parent write me. One was about a young boy who did not wish to "Be a Ball and Bounce. Balls get kicked and that would hurt." A very valid point. He loved the Be A Horse and Be a Bird programs instead. Another was from a parent who feel asleep listening and their three year old wandered the house for three hours with no one else awake. The third was from a parent who's child is afraid of heights so she did not want to listen to the Be A Bird program. Understandable.

How we set up our sleep room or sleep cave (Dark and quiet - hence the cave comparison) makes a difference to how long we sleep and how well we sleep. The purpose of the audit is to get you to take an inventory of your sleep room. Then once you've done the audit you can start to make changes. One at a time.
