  • Day 1 - Setting your Fertility Intention11:58

    On Day 1, you will learn how to create a comfortable seat, the so-called "nest", for our body-mind presence and connection.

    Then we will give you step-by-step guidance on how to set a powerful fertility intention coming from that deep connection to yourself - so that your body can feel it, your mind - can visualize it, bringing you a step closer to a future manifestation of it.

    You will also learn what you need for this program, when to practice and what props to prepare.

    Your self-practice:

    1. Download and print Your Self-Reflection Journal for this program. Use it for daily self-reflection home practice.

    2. Find out how to set a powerful fertility intention in 3 steps in Day 1 resources.

    3. Write down in your Self-Reflection Journal what is your intention for this program: use as many colorful, meaningful details as possible, all that you saw and felt during Day 1 practice.

  • Day 2 - Creating a welcoming home of your body12:30

    On Day 2, you will discover how you can increase your chances of successful conception by tracking your ovulation with FAM - Fertility Awareness Method.

    You will continue deepening the body-mind-womb connection and create a deep state of relaxation with fertility Body Scan and "Sacred Triangle" practice.

    You will go on a journey of "Garden of your Womb" visualization that will become your morning self-care fertility ritual.

    Your self-practice:

    1. Start your day with "Garden of your Womb" morning meditation: you can do it in the comfort of your bed as soon as you wake up.

    2. Download the FAM calendar and start tracking ovulation - not to miss your "magic ovulation days".

    3. Record in your Self-Reflection Journal*: What did you experience during Day 2 practice? What does it mean to move from the womb for you? How can you integrate it into your movement during the day?

  • Day 3 - Yoga for Fertility18:49

    On Day 3, you will experience the benefits of fertility yoga, increasing circulation in the uterus and pelvis area, releasing tension in the hip joints.

    We will establish a connection to the womb and move from it. You will be able to relax and recover with deep abdominal breathing.

    Your self-practice:

    1. Record in your Self-Reflection Journal*: What did you experience during Day 3 practice? Which parts, side of the body felt most tight? How did you feel after fertility yoga?

  • Day 4 - Fertility breathing & massage17:09

    On Day 4, you will continue preparing your body for ovulation with breathing and self-massaging rituals.

    You will discover the benefits of deep abdominal breathing in combination with fertility restorative yoga postures for more space in your body, more circulation, and less stress that negatively affects ovulation.

    You will treat yourself to a nourishing pre-ovulation fertility massage with natural body oil or an organic diluted essential oil.

    Your self-practice:

    • Record in your Self-Reflection Journal*: What did you experience during Day 4 practice? How can you integrate deep abdominal breathing into your daily life? How did you feel after the massage?

  • Day 5 - Golden Heart Journey14:55

    On Day 5, you will enter a state of deep relaxation, heart-womb connection - two centers - so important in your fertility journey. You will also learn how to improve your diet, supporting your process of ovulation.

    Your self-practice:

    1. Record in your Self-Reflection Journal: What did you experience during Day 5 practice? How was your "Golden Heart Journey"? What did you notice during it?

    2. Download and review "Your Fertility Diet Guide" and commit to healthy and balanced fertility nutrition.
