On Day 2, you will discover how you can increase your chances of successful conception by tracking your ovulation with FAM - Fertility Awareness Method.
You will continue deepening the body-mind-womb connection and create a deep state of relaxation with fertility Body Scan and "Sacred Triangle" practice.
You will go on a journey of "Garden of your Womb" visualization that will become your morning self-care fertility ritual.
Your self-practice:
Start your day with "Garden of your Womb" morning meditation: you can do it in the comfort of your bed as soon as you wake up.
Download the FAM calendar and start tracking ovulation - not to miss your "magic ovulation days".
Record in your Self-Reflection Journal*: What did you experience during Day 2 practice? What does it mean to move from the womb for you? How can you integrate it into your movement during the day?

On Day 3, you will experience the benefits of fertility yoga, increasing circulation in the uterus and pelvis area, releasing tension in the hip joints.
We will establish a connection to the womb and move from it. You will be able to relax and recover with deep abdominal breathing.

Record in your Self-Reflection Journal*: What did you experience during Day 3 practice? Which parts, side of the body felt most tight? How did you feel after fertility yoga?

On Day 4, you will continue preparing your body for ovulation with breathing and self-massaging rituals.
You will discover the benefits of deep abdominal breathing in combination with fertility restorative yoga postures for more space in your body, more circulation, and less stress that negatively affects ovulation.
You will treat yourself to a nourishing pre-ovulation fertility massage with natural body oil or an organic diluted essential oil.

On Day 5, you will enter a state of deep relaxation, heart-womb connection - two centers - so important in your fertility journey. You will also learn how to improve your diet, supporting your process of ovulation.

On Day 6, you will discover a new breathing practice - Samavritti - to activate your Parasympathetic Nervous System responsible for relaxation and supporting healthy ovulation.
Combined with a restorative yoga posture - Viparita Karani - and positive affirmations - it will increase your body vitality, wellbeing, and support your fertility journey.
Your self-practice:
Record in your Self-Reflection Journal*: What did you experience during Day 6 practice? How did you feel after? When would you like to use this new breathing practice and restorative yoga posture in your daily life?
Download and print "Your Daily Fertility Mantra" and place it where you can see it every day: pick one mantra per day that you will repeat in the morning or evening.

On Day 7, you will create more energy and vitality in your body with an active Fertility Goddess Flow. You can start or finish your day with this sequence - for a mindful morning routine or for a grounding, stress-releasing evening ritual.

Record in your Self-Reflection Journal*: What did you experience during Day 7 practice? Which postures did you feel most tension in? Which postures did you feel the most release in your hips?
Review FAM worksheet and keep track of your ovulation with the FAM calendar - pay attention to the cervical fluids indicating ideal conception dates.

On Day 8, you will learn about the importance of estrogen - one of the fertility hormones - and ways to balance it through your daily lifestyle, nutrition choices.
You will practice a breathing technique called Alternate Nostril Breathing - to slow down, relax, and balance your energy and hormones.

Day 9, you will treat yourself to a nourishing "Womb warming visualization" Yoga Nidra to experience the fertility of your body. This journey will help you relax and ground and create a deeper connection with your womb space, making a step closer towards a successful conception.

On Day 10, we are entering the post-ovulation stage of your fertility journey - time to slow down, release tension in your body. You will create more space in the hips with gentle twisting Hatha postures.
To help your body release toxins and maintain its balance, you need to "drink up" - more water and take more rest in these important days.
Your self-practice:
Record in your Self-Reflection Journal*: What did you experience during Day 10 practice? Did you notice how your energy, the mood is changing in this post-ovulation period? How are you feeling these days?
If you are feeling stressed, ungrounded, repeat Day 10 practice in the evening before dinner time.

On Day 11, we are supporting our body with a nourishing self-massage ritual - of arms and abdominal areas.
You will create a state of deep relaxation with a slow breath-based massaging, using organic essential oil.
You will focus on the sensitive area of arms - often holding a lot of tension- and abdominal area - to release extra hormones, toxins after an ovulation process.

Record in your Self-Reflection Journal: What did you experience during Day 11 practice? How are you feeling these days - in your post-ovulation cycle?
Download "Understanding and managing your energy cycle" and pick 2-3 strategies you will apply in your daily life to feel more energized and balanced.

On Day 12, we will continue supporting our body in this energy-consuming post-ovulation period and creating a deeper calm and connection. We will do it by making your senses - sight, touch, sound - come alive with a candlelight meditation, abdominal area massage, and soothing humming breath.
Your self-practice:
Record in your Self-Reflection Journal*: What did you experience during Day 12 practice? What was the most impactful ritual and which sense you could feel the most?
If you feel anxious or nervous, practice Humming Breath to ground, calm down and re-establish a deep connection to yourself.

On Day 13, you may discover that you are anxiously waiting for "an outcome" - knowing whether conception took place or not. This may create additional unnecessary stress for your body.
So, we will be grounding with calming breathing practices in combination with soothing restorative postures to take better care of yourself in this "two-weeks wait" period.

On Day 14, you are likely approaching your premenstrual cycle or a successful conception (#woohoo!! so happy for you, babe). Today you will learn how to read your body signs and know the difference between PMS and early pregnancy (even if you will never know for sure until the beginning of your missed period).
We will take time to purify your body, mind, and surroundings and reflect where you need more space with the Shaucha ritual. This way you will create space to welcome new life into your body and your home.

Record in your Self-Reflection Journal*: What did you discover during Day 14 Shaucha ritual? Where do you need more space? What does not serve you anymore?
Download the "Reading signs of your body" worksheet and learn to understand and read your body signs, and answering for yourself that important question of whether you are pregnant or not

On Day 15, we are celebrating the end of the program with "Welcoming new life" Yoga Nidra to help your mind visualize and prepare for future motherhood. Regardless of whether you are now in the early stage of pregnancy or not, we will take time to notice any transformation that took place in your body and be grateful for everything that you experienced and develop.

Look back to the initial intention that you set in Day 1 of Your Fertility Rituals: is it still the same? Or did it change? Take a moment to reflect on it.
