Requirements

  • Prior knowledge of basic yoga poses. If you are new to yoga, I would request you to complete my other course "7 Day Beginner Yoga Course" before starting with this one
  • You will need a good yoga mat, 6-8 mm in thickness, keep some water next to you to drink if you are thirsty

Description

I am happy to see that you are interested in taking my course of yoga with Pilates! Congratulations on taking this first step.

The is a unique course that combines 2 worlds - yoga and Pilates!


Your will start feeling a difference just after 3 sessions. By the end of these 10 sessions, you will feel a difference is your body and mind. You will notice that you are stronger, calmer and joyful. 


This course will help you to

Yoga  and Pilates is amazing for increasing your range of motion, building strength and reducing common aches and pains. I have  has created this 10 days course to help you practice yoga and Pilates in a consistent and steady manner.  Each session is different, so you can practice the same 10 sessions every month !

Please take adequate precaution and not perform any yoga or Pilates poses in case you have an injury or feeling strain.

Yoga and Pilates are brilliant tools to enhance your mental and Physical fitness
