In Level 1 of this 3 part series, you will learn the first steps in overcoming chronic pain. It is an easy to follow, educational course, and you will learn how to infuse your life with healing yoga therapy, based in scientific research, ancient yoga philosophy, and gentle accessible daily practices to suit your body and mind. In level 1, you will understand the 8 limbed path to healing, while practicing meditation, breathing exercises, and gentle movement to retrain the body and mind into a place of healing and repair (parasympathetic nervous system response) rather than stress (sympathetic nervous system response. You will complete worksheets, assignments, physical practice, reading, self-reflection, and much more to connect with Self and start living the life you deserve. This course is a beginner and foundational course built from an accumulation of years of practice, knowledge, and resources. Most clients notice a significant change within as little as a few weeks to a month after they begin the course. You will have access to weekly group coaching calls, a community of other participants to connect with, ask questions, and find resources, as well as all the elements needed to truly overcome chronic conditions once and for all.
