
Setting up for the practice is very important as you want to be completely comfortable. Remember to use any props you like. Pillows, blanket, eye pillow can all help you get comfortable.
You might want to keep a journal of what you feel after the practice and write in it every day if you can. In it, you will want to note how you feel on the days you practice, how long the feelings last, and what you feel when you don't practice. You might want to note any changes in your daily life or anything else that might pop up during practice or after practice.
In this video, I guide you through an entire Nidra practice. Make sure you have enough time undisturbed to practice completely in order for the practice to be more effective.
