More and more of us are complaining of physical pain and stress related issues coming from working for too long, especially when you spend hours a day sat at a desk and even more so in the last few years as so many of us now work from home.
Yoga is an amazing tool to help reduce stress, reduce tightness in the body, ease neck and back pain and so many more things! In this course I introduce you to the magic of yoga, we discuss the physical and mental benefits, we explore mindfulness and some basic yoga poses, before we dive into a few different 5 minute sessions that you can practice anywhere and anytime you’re feeling a little tight, stressed or overwhelmed. We finish the course with a 25 minute full yoga class designed specially for beginners to leave you feeling calmer and more in control of your physical and mental wellbeing.
