Creativity is at the heart of who we are and what it means to be human.

But sometimes life gets in the way – blame it on the busy-ness, blame it on adulting, blame it on your primary school teacher from third grade.

Whether it's writing, music, art, dance, daydreaming or something else entirely, most of us have a special box at the back of our brains dedicated to one or many creative pursuits.

But finding the time and inspiration to start and sustain that creativity can be tricky.

This course is to help you change that. Brush the dust off your ideas and learn how to unlock your creative potential using an unexpected tool: yoga.
