Description

Living with cancer.  I am also living with cancer and have recorded my journey through chemotherapy moving into the direction of wellness and fitness and a joy of life.  Within this course ,there are videos for the not so good days when you just dont feel like doing anything and there are videos for the days when you may need some strength.. Stretching is a wonderful way to relax the body  and you will be able to work at your own pace, stretching is very benefcial for removing tensions and offering freedom to the body.  There are also some classic Yoga videos for the days when you may want to build strength, Another amazing style of Yoga is Yin Yoga whereby all the postures are seated and we work with the joint and deeper tissues of the body, giving us more range of movement and flexibility.

Meditation also plays a huge part in working with the nervous system to enable maximum healing potential  The meditation audios are calming working with the breath awareness

Relaxation plays a key role in working with the immune system, included in the course are some vizualisation relaxtions to sooothe the body and help with better sleep.

Who this course is for:

  • For those of us who are on the hard journey of coping.
  • To find a way to the path of healing
