When you feel stressed, remember your favorite places and memories of peace. When you exhale deeply, your muscles should stretching and your body should relaxing.
After your body is relaxed, don't think about it and focus on the pose. If you remember your worries or stress, warm your body by walking, taking a shower, or taking a bath. Let's start again with your body warm. Your mind and body should be ready to accept the poses.
