I have spent half my career working for various organisations seeing both good and bad practice in leadership, management and change projects. Out of frustration at how bad leadership and change can be I decided to try and do something about this and hence Enabling Transitions, my business was born. I enjoy my work and love making a difference for individuals and organizations.

A summary of my experience:

I have over 20 years experience as a Leadership Coach and Trainer working with small, medium and large organisations across all sectors including the public sector and Not for Profit Sector. I am qualified as a Trainer and a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. I cover all aspect of the training cycle from training needs analysis, design, delivery and evaluation.

In addition to this I am qualified at Masters Level in Business and Executive Coaching. I am passionate about one-to-one coaching, team coaching (Action Learning) and creating coaching cultures in teams and organisations.

I specialise in Coaching and Organisational Development and have worked on a number of change projects including Creating Coaching Cultures, Values, Performance Management Processes, Competency Frameworks and Leadership Style Change.

My goal is to empower ordinary people to do extraordinary things.

I'm an American/Portuguese multidisciplinary artist based in Malawi. After decades as a digital artist, I've reconnected with my fine art roots. My animated films have screened in over 75 international film festivals earning numerous “Best Animated Short Film” awards.

As an educator, I've taught at universities on four continents, including at The American University of Rome, where I co-founded the Film and Digital Media Program. I've worked as a designer and educator for organizations such as the WHO, UNICEF, UNFPA, UNDP, GIZ, and WFP and created multimedia programs for students from all walks of life. Since 2014, I've taught thousands of students online in 185 countries, and from 2016–2019, taught for universities and NGOs in Myanmar. I’m currently helping international and local creatives find solutions to their most pressing art, design, business, and tech problems through master classes for UN organizations, live and online mentoring, and consulting.

What can I help you with today?

      Once upon a time there was a little girl in Germany who had this idea of moving to England as soon as she was grown up and to make all English people like the German language. Then she wanted to be an air hostess, a ballet dancer, a famous singer …… 

      Fast forward to the present and this little girl hasn’t quite achieved what she wanted, but … 

      Angelika is a qualified teacher and native German speaker from Lower Saxony in the North of Germany, who moved to England in 1982. She has been teaching German since 1991. Her students are private and business clients, school children and adults in evening classes, with the youngest student being 3 years old and her oldest 80! 

      Angelika has written six books, two in German and four in English and several planners and journals for language learners. She translates from English to German and vice versa, and she teaches face-to-face, via Whereby or Zoom and via online courses! 

Sharon is an internationally respected spiritual practitioner and teacher who resides in Yallingup, Western Australia. Her passion is to make shamanism practical and accessible to everyone. Her down-to-earth spiritual style weaves ancient techniques to solve modern problems.

Sharon is passionate about discovering and sharing tools and practices that can help you become the very best "you" you can be. She is widely recognized for her innovative online classes.

Sharon’s career is driven by her unending passion for promoting spiritual awakening leading to kindfulness/mindfulness and peace within everyone. As a teacher with excellent communication skills and a perfect understanding of human emotions, Sharon provides all her students with a welcoming atmosphere that makes learning more convenient. She always performs a sacred welcoming ritual that involves drumming, rattling, or chanting for every fresh student as the beginning of something great. Sharon is a unique teacher of Shamanism and spirituality, having pioneered teaching shamanism online in video format globally. She is a gifted sound healer, Priestess of the Blue Rose, lover of life, and a registered Munay Ki teacher.

Inspired by her calling to transform people’s life by reawakening their spiritual sensitivity, Sharon, who has occupied the position of a leader in complementary health care for over 25 years, began a journey that became a blessing to her society. After a profound confirmation through the understanding of when and how to start, her teaching career kickstarted without delay.

Aside from her active involvement in healthcare, she is also a business mentor with excellent business strategies, an energy worker, and a social activist with a strong belief in giving back to society. She consistently donates a large share of her income to charity organizations while also striving to help others live a comfortable life and make the world a better place through her acts.
