This is a new mini lecture from the top-rated course, Life Hack With Color Psychology by Professor Kristen Palana from The American University of Rome. Learn to influence how you are perceived at home and at work in a variety of situations just based on what colors you are wearing. Download the wardrobe cheat-sheet under "resources" for a quick guide you can use daily.
Color psychology is a fascinating subject because people start looking at the world around them in a different way once they know more about it. And to think, those colors have been under your nose all your life!

In this Anahata meditation you will be able to get in touch with the manifestation of self that is a function of the heart chakra. Through deep and relaxed breathing, the air element can help relieve tensions at the heart level. The human heart has vast powers of renewal and healing.
Rest your attention in the centre of your chest beneath the sternum during this meditation and when your mind wanders, gently bring it back to this area. This is not concentration, but rather a light focus of attention in the heart chakra.
The Heart chakra’s element is air – thus if you can I encourage you to sit outside and feel the breeze upon your skin, allowing your heart to feel it can be very beneficial. Because the colour green is around us in the trees and in the grass, going out walking, or laying in the grass and allowing our heart to feel it, can begin to bring it into balance.

Sometimes your best ideas come during our sleeping or meditation time. However many of us suffer from sleep deprivation. Take so time out to ensure you have some space for dreaming, be that in a forest, walking in a park, or sitting in a sunny corner of your home.
Take note of the ideas, no matter how crazy it may seems at the time that come up for. Start to write them down in diary, or even in the notes section of your phone. Use these ideas to stimulate and launch your dream.
This lecture by Kristen Palana will show you how to inject more creativity into your everyday life. It comes from her larger course, Skyrocket Your Creativity and Get Better Ideas: 7 Easy Ways.
Lots of ideas to help you decide which language to learn.
Lots of ideas for learning that new language on your own.

This course was originally created as a gift to women around the world and in support of International Women's Day which is celebrated every year on March 8th.
International Women's Day (March 8) is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating women's equality.
International Women's Day (IWD) has occurred for well over a century, with the first IWD gathering in 1911 supported by over a million people. Today, IWD belongs to all groups collectively everywhere. IWD is not country, group or organization specific.
The theme for #IWD2020 is #EachforEqual
#EachforEqual is about 'Collective Individualism'
The IWD 2020 campaign theme is drawn from a notion of 'Collective Individualism.'
We are all parts of a whole. Our individual actions, conversations, behaviours and mindsets can have an impact on our larger society.
Collectively, we can make change happen. Collectively, we can each help to create a gender equal world.
We can all choose to be #EachforEqual.
We are a group of passionate female instructors from around the world from different backgrounds and cultures. What connects us is teaching and our desire to help others.
This course is as diverse as the instructors with a wide variety of lectures covering topics such as boosting yourself, relaxation, learning something new, business skills and career development.
This course celebrates our commonalities, diversity and strengths, it taps into our areas of expertise and aims to give you a taste of what's possible both as individuals and as a team.
We hope that there is something for everyone and that you can dip in and out of the lectures according to what ignites your interest. If you feel the course would benefit from a particular lecture then let us know and we’ll find a suitable lecture from our bank of instructors.
