The ways to get rid of some tension and blocks in life are more complex than to express or let them out in dancing or movement. Those blocks are in the body and mind connection. We are a complex integrated system, and holistic approach is the best solution for unlocking potential and acting in life in the best ways. The course follows the basic principles of embodiment approach:

This course will help you to build a relevant self-coaching strategy, practice more self-connection, and transfer the enjoyment in movement into life. The 8 classes cover five basic dimensions of life performance: self-care, self-value, self-movement, self-manifestation, and existential complex life issues.
The course program is designed in such a way that people of any age, with any level of physical fitness, feel comfortable doing it. Movement exercises are based on non-athletic embodied practices. You will learn how to calibrate mental and emotional efforts in practice to make it safe. All video lessons are accopmpanied with the self-reflection questions, to assist in individual self-study practice.
After completing the course, you will be able to build a practice what is comfortable for you, select the specific learnt in the course embodied postures and build a flow to adjust for your requirements in resolving different life issues. You will build a capacity to integrate embodied movement and bodyfulness into your daily life with minimal time and maximum effect.
