Now that we covered how to eat in moderation, let’s go over ways to stop your binge cravings so it becomes easier to say no to binging. This way, your urges to binge will go away on their own. This is how you train your brain to stop binge eating for good.
In this video, we’ll go over one of the most important things in binge eating recovery: reducing stress levels without using food. Here, I’d like to go over the ways we can stop using food for stress relief so we don’t feel like we need to rely on food for comfort.
