Hello and welcome! My name's Ang, and I'm here to help you lose weight and keep it off for good! I've been passionate about health and fitness my whole life. Previously a personal trainer, I now work as an airframe mechanic in eastern Canada (eh). I spent most of my life struggling with weight loss and binge eating, but since I learned to eat without binging, I've dropped 65 pounds and found a new purpose. I want to share with everyone the tricks I learned to be successful. My goal is to inspire you to eat well and enjoy the foods you love in moderation while seeing the results you've always wanted.
