I am Lisa Grail. Welcome to my mini-course "Weight loss and regulation of eating behavior". The course consists of 4 kundalini yoga classes only, but during this time we will be able to complete the following tasks: we will detox the body to remove toxins, as well as release suppressed emotions that poison our bodies from the inside and contribute to the malfunction of the digestive system, then we will improve metabolism, which is important for the body's ability to digest food properly and in a natural way, without transforming excess food to fat deposits.
The third class will focus on strengthening the stomach and healing the digestive system, and finally, we will make an intensive complex for the beauty of the body and energy. Each lesson will consist of a warm-up, basic kriya and meditation. We will do meditation to get rid of the desire to overeat, meditation from food addiction, also meditation to strengthen the aura and and meditation for self-love and acceptance.

Dear Kundalini yoga practitioner!
Today's class is dedicated to detox and consists of fairly intense exercises that work with the main energy center of our body - the navel center, also called the 3rd chakra manipura. This is where supressed emotions such as anger, resentment, and irritation accumulate. Holding emotions inside, we create a strong tension in the body and often resort to food as a source of relaxation, for getting rid of nervousness. If you naturally release the accumulated tension, you will become more calm and harmonious.
You don’t have to eat your problems, emotions, your eating behavior will change gradually and with constant practice. Also today we will use a special breathing through the open mouth and tongue, which is the best tool for cleansing the digestive system.
And at the end of the practice, we will do meditation for getting rif of overeating that can be performed for 40 days in a row to free yourself of obsessive desire to eat.
Each kundalini yoga class begins with the opening of space with the mantra ong namo guru dev namo meaning ("I bow to the subtle divine wisdom, I bow to the divine teacher within me") and with mantra for protection at gurei name. You can find the attached document to learn these mantras.
We are practicing on an empty stomach, barefoot and please prepare a glass of water to help the cleansing process during the practice.

Hello, Dear Kundalini yoga practitioner!
Today's kriya is actively working with the upper energy centers 5, 6 and 7 chakras. We are primarily interested in working with the 6th chakra, which personifies two organs of our brain - the pituitary gland and the pineal gland - the so-called third eye.The pituitary gland is the command center and regulator of our entire endocrine system and working with it is necessary to regulate the production of hormones in our body.
The alternating relaxation and tension of today's practice contribute to the fact that our body begins to balance the production of hormones naturally - and improves metabolism (which slows down with age), that’s why it becomes so easy to gain excess weight. Working with the fifth chakra vishuddha will allow you to tune the thyroid and parathyroid glands. The thyroid hormone thyroxIne, which contains Iodine, increases the metabolic rate, stimulating cellular respiration and increasing the production of heat by the body.
Also, we will have a rather long pranayama that balances the cerebral hemispheres, tunes our psyche, gives a wonderful calm mood, during which you do not want to overeat, and of course we will be working with the navel center – to increase blood circulation in organs of digestive system. At the end of the class, we will do a short and very effective meditation for getting rid of food addiction.
Addiction is often born not only at the physiological level, but also at the mental level, and this practice is an excellent means of a natural, non-violent way to get rid of any addiction. IT is also recommended to do it 40 days in a row. After completing the course, you will have all instruments in your hands - the main thing is to have the desire to live in a healthy and beautiful body.

Hello, Dear Kundalini yoga practitioner!
Today we have the third class and we will do kriya to activate digestion and also do meditation to strengthen the aura. Today we will work again with the navel center - this is necessary to speed up the metabolism, we wiil also activate the excretory energy of apana, which relieves constipation, impaired renal activity and excretory function of the skin, as well as the inability of the lungs to get rid of excess carbon dioxide.
And of course we will again strengthen our volitional center - chakra - manipura. And at the end we will do a meditation to strengthen the aura, since in kundalini yoga we work not only with the physical body, but also with the subtle body and the electro-magnetic field. A radiant and energetically charged aura and a halo attract opportunities.
"You will shine so much that people will not be able to look at your face" - these are the words of the main teacher who opened Kundalini Yoga to the West - Yogi Bhajan. Let's start by opening up space with the mantra ong namo guru dev namo.

Today we will devote our practice to beauty. We will make a wonderful kriya for the beauty of the body, the activation of the second sacral chakra - which means the opening of sexuality, today’s practice is also required for the flexibility and energy, and at the end we will do meditation to develop self-love.
Self-love, acceptance of our body and opening of the heart center is what makes the process of losing weight natural and stressless for the state of mind.
