    Completing the Wellness Class With a Coach

    If completing the online wellness class with a Voyage to Betterment Coach, then students are best to follow the curriculum presented by the coaches and complete the same lectures in the same order as the team. Individuals with extra time on their hands wish to view and listen to all the class lectures in advance and then review them a 2nd time, prior to each team group meeting. If part of a team, it is not recommended that individuals begin the workbook exercises until everyone on the team begins. It is best for all team members to begin the Workbook exercises on the same day as all the other team mates as per the guidance of the coach.

    Completing the Wellness Class Without Coaching or Assistance

    This video, was mainly intended to be of benefit to those who are completing this class, as a Do It Yourself Wellness Class, on their own, without coaching or assistance. Most students will find it very quick and easy to view most if not all of the content. Some students may experience some time delays in downloading or viewing certain lessons. Delays depend on the device used, the brand of device used, the browser and their local internet capacities. If students experience delays, try a different browser or try a better internet connect. Internet download speeds vary by the capacity of the system, the time of day, and the number of people connected to the systems in their home, cafe and city. Nonetheless even with delays, the evolution of this online class, will save students time as there is no need to physically attend a class.

    I chose the Udemy platform to deliver this content, as their highly sophisticated platform allows nearly anyone anywhere in the world to take this class and view all the lessons online. This Udemy system also allows students to view the lectures at their own pace. The system will remember where the student left off and get them started on the next lesson, the next time they log in. Udemy recommends developing very short lesson to cater to students desires to view content quickly and societies dramatic deterioration to attention spans and ability to concentrate for more than a few minutes.

    Although I chose Udemy, in part, to give students the freedom to, learn in the fashion common today to the masses, I would recommend students view all the easy to do online classes as quickly as possible. Get through it all once. Critical points were delivered and repeated in a certain order to allow the students to benefit simply by sitting back and viewing or listening to the lessons. Hence, for students that are interested in maximizing the benefit received from the body of this work, I recommend students get their Ninja on, and get through the classes as quickly as possible. Once students finish viewing the content the will be ready to really apply the work into their life by doing the homework, which is a 10 minute daily contemplative practice for 90 days.

    I was told my eczema was incurable. I cured it. I was told my migraines that were so severe I often went blind were incurable. I cured them. My back pain was so acute it felt like someone stabbed me in the back with a sharp knife and I spent a couple weeks just lying on the floor.     When the Voyage to Betterment film was released some submitted testimonials that they have viewed the film over a dozen times and received something new and valuable with each view. This wellness class was designed in the same way so that students can revert back to lectures into perpetuity. The work was designed to grow with the students, so most will receive additional insights with each review.

    When it comes to development of body mind and spirit no one can do the work for us. We all have to do it ourselves.
