When I started on Upwork, all of my proposals were 100% customized for each client. Over the years, I got tired of coming up with proposal ideas from scratch. The problem was I didn't want to send copy/paste proposals.

One day, I realized some of my proposals followed a similar structure from one to another. I figured maybe I could replace key details based on a client's job post without crafting a completely unique proposal.

When I tested the idea, I discovered it worked. It didn't work as well as a 100% custom proposal, but it worked well enough to speed up my process without giving up quality. I call this a "Framework Proposal Template."
