This course can be used start-to-finish as a regular learning program; or each tool can be learnt individually and applied. When you have a specific stressor to deal with, select the tools that most apply to your situation.
Throughout this program you will be introduced to tools including mindfulness, cognitive behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, nutrition for managing stress and mood, dealing with stress in relationships, how to form habits that decrease your stress and how to optimise your environment to support your wellbeing.
