Do you find it hard to work out at home because of the lack of different exercises you can do in your house? If the answer is yes, then this course is perfect for you. I designed this course to include almost all possible exercises you can do without leaving your house.
Use only your bodyweight to perform a variety of exercises
You can also use different items you probably have at home to add more weight or make it more challenging, like tables, chairs, books, mop, backpack and etc.
Each section has tips for beginners that they can use for the improvement of pushups, planks, single-leg squats and etc.
At the end of this course, you can use guided cardio/HIIT sessions with your body weight or items you have at home
Stopwatch included, and no music added so you can put your own music and enjoy the process.

Although the majority of exercises are bodyweight, please take your time for the proper warmup before the workout to avoid any injuries. I'm currently creating another course on warmup for different types of sports like training in the gym with weight, home workout, calisthenics, MMA, Boxing, Kick Boxing, Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling and etc.

Who am I to teach you anything? I’m a professional fighter with over 6 professional and 40 amateur fights in MMA. At the same time, I’m a professional filmmaker which gives me the possibility to transfer my knowledge to you in simple, short but at the same time very informative video lessons.
