This program is simple. You workout 5x a week, with two active rest days and have three 15 min. HIIT workouts each week as your cardio. You got this!

Example:
Week 1 - you will follow the Week 1/3/5 Schedule.
Week 2 - you will follow the week 2/4/6 Schedule.
Week 3 - you will yet again follow the Week 1/3/5 schedule you did in Week 1.
And so on and so forth.
Again, you have designated days for HIIT included in your workout program, and the 3rd HIIT day, you can do on one of your Active Rest days. You get TWO active rest days per week.
You can pick WHATEVER HIIT workout you like for ALL HIIT workouts. Mix it up and have fun!
