The Transportation Manual is a guide for anyone considering entering, already registered, and a seasoned participant in the industry of transportation. You will get to understand this industry from the perspective of each role operating within - Shipper, Carrier, Freight Forwarder, and Broker. You will learn what tools, strategies, and motivations are present when each role is interacting with each other and what you can do to ensure your efforts are enhanced with each decision you make. You will learn unique strategies never before revealed for use in your journey, the main one being intentional teamwork and collaboration. The Transportation Manual is not a know all be all guideline, but it is a guidebook down a path least traveled. Far too often I see new entrants find creative ways to fund their entrepreneurial pursuit into transportation, only to fall victim to the obvious booby traps along the way. One of which is cupidity, ignorance, and lack of discernment. This manual will be the beginning of new CDL driving school curriculum, college training for transportation, freight broker agent training, and dispatcher training. Let us make indelible footprints in the earth down the path of connection, collaboration, teamwork, transparency, and success. Welcome to the Team Regal Industries. - Terry L. Campbell
