Description

In this course, you will find answers to the frustrations you're currently feeling about running a successful dental practice. It's hard, but we've got a time-tested system that solves all of the problems and issues you face. It explains the priorities for implementing the solutions and offers two ways to make it happen.

Before we can build a successful practice, both physically and metaphorically, we have to have a solid foundation. Your physical practice facility hopefully is built on a solid foundation of concrete. Your organizational structure should be built on a foundation of communication. We break down communication into two parts, “Dynamic Communication” or how we communicate with each other, and “Communication Vehicles” – structures and meetings for disseminating information.

Once you have the foundation in place, it’s time to define your organization.  Confusion causes stress. Stress leads to dissatisfaction and eventually turnover. Let’s face it; HR is hard, really hard. But if you have a system to guide you through the process, it’s very worthwhile.

Every strong, successful business has a standard operating procedure (SOP). We have developed numerous procedures - guidelines and protocols - that address nearly every general operation you will face in your practice. We cover the most important business portions of those procedures.

The crown on the system is training. Make sure you're prepared to "invest" in the time and effort needed to train your team. It will lead to growth, better patient outcomes, employee satisfaction and high morale.

Who this course is for:

  • Dental professionals, both new and seasoned.
